We created Practical Product Management in 1993 and update it every year with new content and concepts. What should we add for 2009? What should we delete? What advice do you have for improving this seminar?

add more Software as a Service (SaaS) examples
SaaS has different release and delivery expectations than traditional boxed SW or Client Server. In addition the "internal" architecture is actually a product to be managed itself, similar to an internal IT project, but extremely customer facing.
